As a multimedia artist and designer, my creative life has always existed at the intersection of structured visual storytelling and intuitive mark-making. In both disciplines, I find myself drawn to the quiet tension between what is built to endure and what naturally shifts over time.

In my studio, this curiosity takes shape through an exploration of emotion, memory, and anatomical landscapes. Working with physical mediums, oils, acrylics, pastels, and charcoal, I apply dense color fields alongside loose gestural marks, allowing heavy pigments and spontaneous lines to coexist. Saturated, bold colors act as the emotional pulse of the work, charging the surface with immediate energy and anchoring stylized figures and organic forms shaped by altered memory. This interplay of vivid palette and fluid mark-making creates a striking counterpoint to the quiet transience of recollection, capturing both the sharpness of a lived experience and how time softens it.

This tactile exploration directly enriches my design practice. While design demands clarity, intention, and functional communication, my fine art keeps me attuned to nuance, human vulnerability, and the expressive weight of color and texture.
